Hmm. I see a vBulletin site in the link you provided.
I have uploaded vbuletin temporarily on this url but I want to upload mybb again i have backup my previous mybb forum i do not like vbuletin and I had uploaded it with backup of my other website so please help me to resolve the problem
We need more details other than just "I face database speed issues". Could you post the output from the debug page?
The database problem is more likely because of your host, that can't handle the amount of requests it takes. For a forum of that size (Threads: 91,790, Posts: 1,714,097) it would need lot of resources to serve.

Try joining "Big boards" group. Its a team of people have big MyBB board, and they have resources to help you tune your board for better performance. But you need to replace Vbulletin with MyBB to join there i guess.

To join go to User CP -> Group subscriptions (in left sidebar) -> Press Join group near Big boards group.
I am using vps on greengeeks.com and my server provider was saying to me that there is problem with your forum script and you should contact to any good developer
As I said above, please post the output from the debug stats page.
How can I check output debug stats
A simple debug message can be found in the footer of every page for logged in administrators. There's a link to the full debug log within said message.
