Yes sometimes this problem occurs due to plugin,,
IF u have this plugin -- Systema Tags
Then deactivate it then try again posting ur reply...
Do not have that plugin. And wow you were banned.
Then the problem must be occuring from some other plugin
Go to configuration>Setting>General Configuration>Disable All Plugins>yes
Test by disabling all plugin if this error removes..

I disabled all and then the error went away. But I made a reply of 1 letter and it let me do it. When the minimum is set to 10. Is it because I am an admin that it went through?
yes admin can reply or post anything but user has to post minimum 10 words and now check each plugin by deactivating that which plugin is causing problem okkkk
now u can again activate all plugin again from general configuration tab and check each plugin individually
nevermind. had a normal member just tried and correct error came up
SOLUTION: Disable all plugins then enable.
