Is there anyway I can use the mybb system to send mass email to emails that arnt linked to peoples account? I have about 10 members but I have around 500 emails I want to send a email to. Anyway I can add them to mybb mass mailer?

That's not possible, mass mail is only for users. And i can bet your hosting stated that's against of rules. You can get suspended for mass mailing on that way.
