OP created a thread, I replied, he replied to me, and now I cant reply back.

Does an error page show up? Is there anything in your error.log that you can see in your FTP account?

The file submit.php isn't in MyBB by default. Can you upload it here?
Would it be a plugin then that's made that page/file?

We're using the Forms plugin by nickman, this seems to be what the code is from :3
We have a submit form using that, and google docs.
