People misclick the star when you rate a thread all the time, or in the future they may want to update the rating they gave the thread.
Why not make thread ratings editable?
I'd like to see this as well. A think a flood time of 30 seconds would be reasonable to prevent a lot of extra load.

A better way to approach it would be to add an option in Admin CP so the board administrator can select
X hours or days before Threads can be "Edited/Updated" by a user.
It's better suited as plugin.
Wouldn't this be better suited built in as myBB already has Thread Ratings built in.
Their just updating the functionally of ratings and how they work.
I see no reason not to include it honestly. Threads and opinions change constantly.

I agree with Crazy. It's not a feature that everyone would like or recommend.
Does it matter? i thought 1.8 was getting rid of the whole thread rating anyways? If not i cant see any reason why something as simple as this could not be in the core.
