Yes, I was wondering, This is really irritating me when i make a thread. This is the color of the box which i don't want.

Theme: Blue Steel.

I basically, Just want it like this what i am typing now on Mybb.

Not sure exactly where, but you need to edit the global.css and should the hex colour value.
