Anytime someone posts something in the shoutbox the shoutbox spases
and like extends out like this:

Yes, We have already tried reinstalling it and yes we have already tried different shoutbox versions.

Only members can see the shoutbox

EDIT: You have to talk in the shoutbox a few times for the shoutbox to stretch out.

I had this issue, and could never find a permanent fix. If you scroll to the bottom of the shoutbox you'll see some text saying "undefined" over and over again, leaking off the SB.

As a temporary fix, clear the shoutbox. It should reset back to normal.

ok, that really sucks there isn't a permanent fix.
