Hi, need help!
In my forum i have a super moderator group in this group there are 6 members. now one is posting well i want to just increase only his stars not other 5s how i do that

I could probably help you out with a little more information. What exactly are you trying to do?

create a new group with the same privs as the super moderator group put your user in that group and up the user star rating to what you want
