I'm a newbie to mybb, I want to backup my complete settings including php files. How can I do that ??
Is there a plugin for that ??

You can do this through our hosting providers cPanel. There is usually a backup wizard in it. Or you could through your FTP client. Just save any files you want to your PC.

Well the cPanel wizard on my host walks you through exactly what each step will or will not do. I am new to MyBB as well but working from the cPanel wizard it actually doesn't care if its MyBB, phpBB, Vb etc. It doesn't interact necessarily with the software its just creating a copy of what it needs based on what you select. So yeah its pretty simple if I figured it out.
