I wouldn't say a cache problem but it could be your internet connection is slow or your site MIGHT[/b] be receiving a DOS attack. Yes DOS and not a DDoS because it looks to be a minor attack if there is any DOS attack.

I restarted my modem and changed IP.

DNS Flushed
+
Cleared all cache with Firefox and chrome + ccleaner.
+
I checked my host file for any anomalies nothing there
+
Pinged with my forum it isn't responding, all packets lost

no progress all all

What should I do ??

(Still site is working for my neighbors and also with VPN)
