Depends what you mean by high, I doubt if it will cause you to even notice an increase in your bandwidth allowance, in fact a bot surfing your site is no more different to a guest doing the same.

No it wont affect your server resources so much that you would notice
And yes Google SEO is very useful plugin. Good for traffic.
