You should setup at http:// and forward the www to the main.
www acts as a subdomain.

Under your DNS Settings create a URL Redirect or CNAME (whichever applicable to your host). Set host to 'www'. Set URL to http://yoursite.com
Thus both http://yoursite.com and http://www.yoursite.com will point to the same location.

Cloudflare sets the same by default.

where doing that ? in cpanel or domain panel ?

Unfortunately you have to do it in your Domain Panel Setup.
