The warning level on the post bit seems to disappear for anyone that isn't an admin, or staff.

I assume that the templates are configured right, since it shows the warning level to me and my mods. I don't have any plugins installed that mess with the warning system.

These are the permissions for my regular group, in terms of the warning system.

I tried a post as testuser

on profile and postbit users see there own warning level - not the warning levels of others.

How can I make it so that all users can see each other's warning levels?

You have to change permissions of the Registered group.
