Hi to all,

I want to use Top 5 Stats plugin. But firstly I want to remove the tag line " brought to you by Yaldaram of Yaldaram.com". Kindly tell me how to remove this line.

You should ask Yaldaram how to remove his copyright (if allowed)

If you wanted it to match a bit more, you could find it in the templates and move it to under the "Powered By MyBB" line.
