I'm new to the forums, but not new to mybb. And i am having the hardest time ever.
First off i can not find a chatbox to work with mybb 1.6.9. If you can link me to one that works that would be great.
second, im trying to have it where i can show more than one user groups. I tried both AGi and Additional User Group Images modz, neither of them worked.

Will be willing to pay some one to fix this for me using via team view.

for the additional user group i already tried that one and it won't work.

also chat box loaded but it doesn't work...

For the additional user group images plugin:

Open ./inc/plugins/aui.php

Find:

function aui_post($post)

Replace with:

function aui_post(&$post)

For the chat box, which chatbox are you using and what do you mean by it doesn't work?

ok now with the user gruop one, that text doesnt exist in the file...

also i fixed chat box and get a 404 error on it
