Anyone try this yet, i personally use it and it's pretty fast and easy to use, especially if you're coming over from windows.

Never heard of it. If it's a noname Ubuntu spinoff, those only have downsides. No homepage, forum, wiki, community. No improvements over the original Ubuntu (nothing you couldn't get in Ubuntu by just installing the same software there). No guarantee that the project will be continued in the future. You're better off using one of the mainstream distros directly rather than one of those never-heard-of-again spins.
Agreed entirely with frostschutz. If you really want a lightweight distro based on debian/ubuntu, look no further than crunchbang.

Based on Ubuntu, but no awful Unity desktop.
