Good evening people,

I want help with writing some code to make a banner appear (like the new PM banner) that tells users they have a full PM inbox. Hell, it would be better if it can appear at 90% full or something.

I'd prefer the banner to be light green so it stands out but that would be a simple alteration to make.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated,

Bump!

Now I am back from a small holiday I want to get into this with a vengeance. Does anyone have any experience with the banner code?
