I am looking for a plugin that will let me send out invites to selected usergroups from events made on the calander. So everyone in usergroup b will get the chance to accept or decline in invite. If they accept an invite they can sign up to the event.

Now, I am aware of the event plugin which would work but it isn't compatiable to mybb 1.6.9. So is there way to modify this or is there another solution to do what I want?

A page with pagemanager is the same. But is too much for my php ability i think.

Which plugin do you mean re not working with 1.6.9?

I have used that plugin in the past - as far as I know it did not send a pm though. Let me see if I can find the file I fixed long ago.
