I need a plugin that whenever you add a new thread on the chosen section will update the list automatically linking to the thread

ES:

OFF-TOPIC section:

User: userexample1
Thread Subject: "Hello Guys"
Your Message: "Hello my names is mark"
[the link will look like this: http://site.com/newthread.php?fid=1]

In the list on the "OFF-TOPIC" section will be added automatically

ES CODE:

[*] [url=http://site.com/newthread.php?fid=1] Hello Guys [/url]

What is the "OFF-TOPIC" section ? Is it a forum, a custom page , what ? And what do you mean be add it automatically ? The explanation of what you want is a bit vague. Explain in more detail.

Off-topic is example section

I need a plugin that each new thread inserts it into the list..
as the example that I gave...

if a user writes a thread in the "x" in that section there will be a list of all the threads in that section.
each new thread, the list refreshes automatically.

...So exactly like how a forum works? o.o
