I'm looking for someone who would be able to create a plugin which will allow global moderators and administrators to be able to approve/disapprove avatars which have been uploaded through the ModCP.

I would also like avatars to be approved again if a user decides to upload a new one.

Please let me know if anybody is interested in creating this plugin at an affordable price, let me know your offers.
