I am new to mybb and idk wth is happening.

i uploaded all the files & set all the permissions accordingly. then i head to the/install/index.php and when i press next the page just refreshes...

any ideas?

Try re-uploading the install directory.

Re-uping mybb? or the /forums dir?

Basically delete the install directory ONLY. Then download a new copy of MyBB from mybb.com then extract the install directory on to your computer. After that, upload the install directory into your forums folder.

I made a sub domain - forums.shiftgaming.net - and now it decides to work... the logic ~
