I would like to know How to change cron job setting for usergroup promotions & where is it located.

Admin CP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Task Manager -> Promotion System.

I have created promotion, with post count higher than 100 posts for registered members to jump into new Usergroup. Even after running the cron job, the promotion hasn't taken place yet.

what should I do now ? Do the users need to be logged on & make a new post for their promotions to take place ?
