Not necessarily. It could just mean you have a lot of traffic to your site. Or that your host has set the limit ridiculously low. From the looks of it I'd say the latter.

Also, I highly recommend you upgrade to MyBB 1.6.9 ASAP as it fixes a high risk SQL injection vulnerability.

I will immediately, there was nobody in the site as I had the board closed recently.
