I don't need a 'small fix' I need someone that can code javascript, CSS, make GFX, As well as know their way around ACP.

I recommended waiting for effone, he is a very talented designer.
More info about your theme requirements please. Simply stating java knowledge, css etc. wouldn't suffice.
I nee you to edit my theme, or create me a new one. Also, it's not java....
