someone is trolling my forums and i need to ban his email and ips but those functions don't seem to be working. I entered a bunch of emails and ips separated by commas but they are not banned. He is still able to reregister from those IPs.

I tried entering an email I own into the banned emails and then registering a test account from that, and I was able to.

This is on 1.2.1

I just tested both IP and email banning, and they both work. Do you get any errors when you change the settings?

I want you to do a quick test for me, attempt to close your board and tell me if it gets closed or not.
