I know I've already posted this, but I believe it's still there (If I still have the latest download).

It happens randomly when saving a stylesheet.

This is a known issue. We're discussing it internally to reach the best solution.

In 1.8 we're experimenting with CSS compression but MyBB resyncs the stylesheet on disk with the one in the database leaving the CSS editor in the ACP unusable.
