A similar feature like HF. Where you can see comments the user has given. Ex: If I go on Yaldarams profile, there would be an option right after "Details" saying "Given". In the "Given", I would be able to see how Yaldaram has + or - repped with the amount of rep given and the comment that was written.

Nope because your tutorial sorts and brings out the reputation you have given. What I'm talking about is a feature that will show reputations that I have given different individuals and why kind of rep it was along with the amount and comment.
