Problem with my theme table, I added a code and removed it because it was messed up and now it's wont revert back.

Yeah.
I added -
border-collapse: separate;
border-spacing: 2px;
border-color: gray;
In the table CSS and that's where it went wrong, I removed the code and it's still showing my messed up forum

That's all I added and it messed my forum up, and I removed it and it's still the same
Clear cache if you removed the code
