Like type of users are only allow to view 1 thead per day

There is a plugin like this on MyBB Central. The plugin is V.I.P accessible only. Site is owned by Omniscient/Labrocca.

If you want you could just download the plugin I linked you, and modify it from posts to views. Shouldn't be to hard.
