We had the cloudflare plugin for a while and it altered the quick text nav bar where you can adjust fonts and alignment and such. It also increased site downtime, though when it was working, the site worked incredibly quickly.
In the end, we had to uninstall it. Sorry, I cannot offer you any solution.

My plugin doesn't make any such changes. It's simply a management tool for CloudFlare.
As for the editor issue, you only need to disable Rocket Loader. It's not compatible with MyBB.
