I've had a lot of members saying that their getting this message when trying to join the site please help!

Error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function my_unserialize() in /home/a7904896/public_html/index.php on line 348

Reupload ./inc/functions.php from a fresh package.

Download package from here:

http://www.mybb.com/downloads

When you download it, open it, then find ./inc/functions.php and re-upload it.

You have to download last one 1.6.9

Take a look on Attachment and you will see i marked with yellow color where you have to click to get latest package.

I have to download a whole new mybb or just a new inc?

You can't just download a inc. Download a whole MyBB package, and then from whole package get just that one file you need.

So, upload a whole new inc file? Wouldnt that take away all my plugins

No, no Smile I mentioned above you have to re upload functions.php file from inc folder.
