What is this, which one is better, and what does both of them mean?

So which one is better for verifying? like if your card is fake, or can't charge it, will it say it as soon as you click contiune or what, and which one does that?

I'm not sure why you're asking that, or even what for, it just seems that setting is there in case you don't have one available.

It's for Mysubscriptions and it has that in there.
