Is there a Plugin or Application or something that can update the thread count and post count of a Forum?

Also, Is there a plugin that can update post count in every account?

I am asking for this because there are spammer on our forums, and I keep finding antis-spam, I don't know if it's working, but still they are able to spam but few only are spamming right now. Maybe it's working.

So, is there a Plugin for updating the thread count and post of (every) Forum?
