Please help.

How do I set up MyBB to send an email to all members every time a new post is made on nthe Forum?

I want to do this even for when the member hasn't subscribed to a thread.

Not a very good idea, you would soon get accused of spamming and even put members off posting.

Yes you would be flagged for spam most likely very quickly and then none of your emails will get sent out. Not even registration emails.
