I did something dumb, I think. I emptied the PM table to clear out all PMs.

That went fine.

Then I saw that to reset the pm number you had to clear the cache and from what I read, it seemed to be emptying the forumcache table. And now I have the error message above.

First time I do soemthing stupid like not backing up. Please tell me I haven't murdered things entirely haha. How can I fix?

Why would you post a link to your admin control panel? Do you want us to hack it for you?

As for cache, I see threads from yesterday and beyond so I doubt anything happened to your threads and if you did rebuild forumcache then nothing should happen to the threads.

Can you provide the error?
