Hello i am totally new in seo
I found two plugins one is google seo and another is advance sitemap
Currently i am using google seo i activated it
but after activate it appear
add to htcss.
How to do that can anyone help me
mysite is like http://www.mysite.com/forum/
If i install Google seo will i have to make a sitemap.xml
Please explain it

When the Google SEO Sitemap option is enabled it'll create a sitemap for you like this: www.example.com/sitemap-index.xml

And for htaccess add what Google SEO is displaying to your htaccess file, make sure it's renamed to .htaccess
