I want it to show my threads, and posts. Also, where can I change the name of it, to simply "Your threads"

I wonder how did you added those options "View Your Threads" and "View your Posts"? Maybe something with code is broken. Can you post the code and also share link of your forum?

As Jovan says, please post the queries you are using for those two buttons.
