how to reduce load of forum. To not exceed the cpu limit

What plugins are you running?

load are only for plugins but i disable some plugins

Please list the plugins you are currently using. Have you also disabled some of the more intensive parts of the core such as the breadcrumb multipage and the language selector?

i disabled all plugins.
breadcrumb multipage
and the language selector where i disable thats

Configuration ==== > General Configuration

and it should be right near the bottom to disable the language selector
