I'm not sure if this plugin has been made but I did try finding it. If there is one, feel free to direct me to it.
I know that there are view recent topic plugins but I was wondering if there is a plugin for when someone starts a new topic? This plugin will show topics on the latest time the topic was created to the earliest (I was hoping to put this in a portal so it'll show to top 10 latest newly created topics).
It wouldn't bump the topic up the list whenever someone posts/updates the topic. It's only used to show the order of topic creation time.
