Well, I'm the owner of a site for promoting peoples' call of duty videos. I like to consider myself an experienced webmaster, but I'm looking for some help and ideas.

(By the way, what do you think of the forum theme, spent 10+ hours customizing it)
I want to create a place for cod youtubers to be able to promote their videos, increase viewership, and just have fun on the site.
There's plenty of addons I've implemented to make it more user-friendly, and just entertaining.
My problem though, is A: Advertising, getting the word out there, my worst feature. B: Getting more views from posting videos - I got about a 20% increase from posting mine over a week, I want to achieve 40% though.
Any tips, and if you see something you don't like, PLEASE, tell me.
