I need a Theme done, I have some specifics which I'll relay to you over chat. I have a budget of about $200 for this. The theme will need to have a few custom things such as a "Quick thread" option and I'll also need to have a points system installed for which there are also some specifics.

For the points system check out New Points and see if that delivers what you want out of the box. If it doesn't, then you will need a New Points plugin making in addition to any theme work.
