Set your forum to use the default theme, then disable all your plugins to see if it goes away. If the error goes away, we've narrowed it down to one of the plugins you're using.
oh thanks sooo much disabled all plugins and re-enabled them and it is not working properly thanks bro from Configuration>General Configuration>scroll down> disable allplugins.
