I wanted to give more visibility to some threads chosen my me and other moderators, is there any way to show some threads on the index page that have been marked by the admin (me) and the supermods?

That is some configuration of xthreads to show thread titles and preview on the index page, is it correct?
But I didn't understand how that will work, how to set the thread to show on the index page?
For that to work I just need to install xthreads plugin and your php (that's a plugin as well I imagine)

The plugin that RateU made uses an XThreads custom field to set a value in the db; then he can use that value as part of the query. It definitely works, I have used it on several sites.

I believe I use the index version of the site, not the portal (actually not sure about that). Will that work for that as well? It works straight away, or do I need to do anything else other than install XThreads and your php?
