I was wondering if there is any plugin in which a member must have X amount of posts in order to send a PM but can view PMs sent by others to themselves.

Tested in wamp, working without any errors, just edit file and change compatibility to 16* .
Default min post to send message are 10
"You haven't made enough posts to be able to send Private messages yet. Minimum messages is now 10."
The plugin from MyBBC is giving a lot of errors. The plugin recommended by Alone seems to be working perfectly. I changed the text in the language file.
