Normally in other forums I've been able to temporarily "hide" things from view rather than delete them from a post, which makes it really easy to go back and revive that text later when I want it back.

...but that doesn't seem to work on MyBB.

Which code do we enter to "hide" some content that we want saved within the post for later?

You could do [color=transparent]foobar[/color].

Example: foobar

We don't allow raw HTML so using HTML comments won't work.
