little help trying to upload a new logo my site wont show it tryed changeing the background my site wont show it trying to install new plugins my site wont show then eater ahhhhhhhhh whats happened to my forum it wont show anything am doing to it :'(

Sorry but I believe you are exaggerating by saying plugins won't work.

As for the themes, your server may have slow caching or if you are using Cloudflare then go into development mode and update the theme.
