I downloaded many plugins, even that one which asks questions, but still get like 500 spam posts.

Please suggest a way for stopping such spam.

There's no way to stop spam. There are many ways to prevent them but not stop them, even real people can sign up and spam your forum. The only way to stop spam is to not run a board at all.

That's truth.

Make sure that your registration form is actually blocking registrations that don't answer the question properly. What security question are you using? Also, are you running Spamalyser?
