IMO it's not worth paying for.
Be sure it's even allowed under your designers license or else you can face some serious legal issues.

I understand the risk involved in it. If i do i will get prior permission from the the designer and make the move..just want the value of the theme from your side.
Like I said that depends on how many copies you sell.
