I would like to know which would give in a best server performance .. Is it with keeping the stacking up posts option on or off ?

We don't have too many members, as we are a private forum but we make too many posts in a short duration of time.

If you mean the delayed threads, turn it off.

The only thing I can see is the prevention of one query being sent to the database which checks if a post has been made by that user within a certain space of time. I am sure that it doesn't make a noticeable difference if it is on or off though.
