What were you doing when these errors occurred?
well when i was with my old host there php was running 5.2.xx but when i joined my geekghost there,s is 5.3.21 and that when all the errors are popping up
It looks like its the newpoints plugin causing the error, try un-installing it and re-installing it.
Download a fresh copy of the newpoints plugin, and upload again the newpoints.php file, replacing the old one. There is something wrong with it.

You don't need ACP to upload files. Go to cpanel or use FileZilla to just over right the files
ok thanks for help i unstalled the new points and re-uploaded all the files and everything is working agein but when i click to bank i still got this error
Download the newest bank plugin files and do the same.
there is no new new version ?? and i have already tried uninstalling and re uploading the files
